The purpose of the processing:

  • Building a network for future cooperation among institutions and professionals interested in the values represented by the project (name, surname, country of residence, e-mail);
  • Publishing the articles sent by the teachers, science centres, education professionals to share their experience, publishing information about projects and events relevant to youth (name, surname, country of residence, e-mail).
  • Replying to the contact from the teachers, science centres, education professionals interested in the project (name, surname, country of residence, e-mail);
  • The administration of Slack communicator used by youth on the website (login name, e-mail shared with Slack).

The legal basis for the processing:

The Controller will process you data based on your consent. The consent is given by filling out an online form at the time of contacting us through the website. Your consent is freely given. However, if you choose not to share your data you choose not to use the functions of the website – we will not be able to contact you or publish your articles.

Your data will be processed until you request to withdraw your consent or to erase your data.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying the relevant Controller at:

Transfers or disclosure of data:

Your data will be disclosed to our contractors supporting the IT development and maintenance of the website as well as platforms such as WordPress, YouTube. If you use Slack communicator the data you share with Slack to login will be disclosed to us.

If you wish to publish an article on our website signing it with your name, it will be disclosed to the  visitors of the website.

 

Transfers to third countries outside the European Economic Area: 

Your data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
